The root access makes our virtual server packages an excellent choice when you wish to run any software that you can't install in a standard shared hosting account. With the last Control Panel option - Hepsia, you'll be able to connect through SSH and to take care of the content on the hosting server, yet the root access privileges are more restricted.

Each dedicated server that we offer features full root-level access, if the server is ordered without a Control Panel, or with cPanel or DirectAdmin. If you want to install and run heavy, resource-demanding apps and they have specific requirements about the server software setting which can't be fulfilled by a standard shared web hosting plan, our servers will be the right solution. Without any Control Panel at hand, you're able to access the server and modify its settings and the content that you upload through a console, whereas with cPanel and DirectAdmin, you'll have a graphical interface to control everything related to your web content, and also most server-side settings. Of course, if you get a dedicated server with no Control Panel, you can set up some third-party instrument manually, as long as it is compatible with the OS that you have chosen at signup. If you select the Hepsia Control Panel on your order page, you'll have restricted root access, however you will still be able to do a number of things through a Secure Shell console.
